Provider Business Updates
A note about Vacancies and Updating Contact Information
- We are no longer collecting openings (vacancies) from providers. The Child Care Resource & Referral system has changed to accommodate a statewide program. We continue to provide parents with a list of licensed child care programs. These lists are based on other business information that you have provided to us such as ages of children served, hours of operation, location, etc.
- Due to recent changes, we are no longer able to update any information directly related to your child care license. This means if you wish to change your phone number you must contact your licensor. Your licensor must then pass the update along to the State Licensing Department in order for that update to take effect. Please note that this process may take a few weeks to be completed. We understand the frustration and appreciate your patience as we all adjust to this new process.
