Observación, registro y evaluación del desarrollo de los niños en la educación bilingüe (curso en línea impartido en español) (Spanish: Stress Management in an Intercultural Environment )
Observar, registrar y evaluar el aprendizaje bilingüe de los niños en edad preescolar. Desarrolle estrategias de enseñanza para el aprendizaje objetivo en dos idiomas. Este curso se ofrece en línea y se impartirá en español.
(Observe, record, and evaluate the bilingual learning of preschool-age children. Develop teaching strategies for objective learning in two languages. This course is offered online and will be taught in Spanish.)

Jansel Hernández ha trabajado en la industria de la educación infantil de inmersión en español desde 2014. Comenzó como maestro y luego se convirtió en entrenador. Jansel usa el carisma y el entusiasmo en sus entrenamientos como un mecanismo para inspirar y apoyar a los profesores. Le gusta poder trabajar para lograr un entorno intercultural en el ámbito de la educación.
Jansel es de República Dominicana y tiene una licenciatura en Filosofía y Humanidades. Él también recibió su Maestría en Diseño, Dirección y Gestión de Proyectos. Actualmente está obteniendo su Ph.D. en Educación. Jansel es un entrenador nivel Máster Trainer de Achieve-MNCPD, ServSafe Trainer, Instructor de la Cruz Roja CPR/AED/First Aid, PD Specialist CDA. También es actor y escritor y un colaborador de la comunidad en iniciativas interculturales.
(Jansel has worked in the Spanish immersion early childhood education industry since 2014. He started out as a teacher and then became a trainer. Jansel uses charisma and enthusiasm as a training mechanism to inspire and support teachers. He enjoys being able to work toward achieving an inclusive, intercultural environment in the early childhood education setting.
Jansel is from the Dominican Republic and has a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Humanities. He also received his Master’s in Design, Direction, and Project Management. He is currently obtaining his Ph.D. in Education. Jansel is a Master level Trainer with Achieve MNCPD, ServSafe Trainer, CPR/EAD/First Aid-Red Cross Instructor, and CDA Professional Development Specialist. Jansel is also an actor and writer and likes collaborating in intercultural initiatives. )
