(Spanish: How to Teach Preschoolers to Write in a Fun Way)

Identifica las expectativas de las habilidades previas a la escritura por las que pasan los niños a su propio ritmo. Examina una variedad de actividades apropiadas para su edad para apoyar a los niños durante esta etapa. Desarrolla un plan para implementar algunas actividades previas a la escritura en sus planes de lecciones diarias. En esta clase es línea/online por Zoom.

(Identify the expectations of pre- writing skills that children pass through at their own pace. Examine a variety of age- appropriate activities to support children during this stage. Develop a plan to implement some pre-writing activities in their daily lesson plans. This is an online class through Zoom. This class is in Spanish.)

Karina Elze creció en Bogotá Colombia. Después de emigrar a los Estados Unidos, se convirtió en maestra de Kínder y encontró una pasión por la literatura infantil. Ella se compromete a ayudar a los niños a explorar y aprender en un entorno práctico. 

Actualmente, es dueña de un preescolar de inmersión en español creado para implementar sus metodologías. Karina encuentra inspiración en el viaje de su propia vida para crear sus recursos educativos para maestros. También es formadora de maestros de educación infantil. Ella se complace en brindar un entorno en el que se valore y acepte el patrimonio cultural. Nada trae a ella más felicidad que ver a los estudiantes crecer y evolucionar en un ambiente escolar diverso. Karina vive en Minneapolis con su esposo, su sobrina y su perro.

Karina Elze grew up in Bogota Colombia. After immigrating to the United States, she became a kindergarten teacher and found a passion for children’s literature. Karina is committed to helping children explore and learn in a hands-on environment.  

Currently, she owns a Spanish immersion preschool created to implement her methodologies. She is also an early childhood teacher trainer and creates resources for teachers.  She finds inspiration through her own life journey. Karina is excited to provide an environment where cultural heritage is valued and accepted.  Nothing brings her more happiness than seeing students grow and evolve in a diverse school environment.Karina lives in Minneapolis with her husband, niece, and dog.)
