KCF: VI: Professionalism

Andy is a father and teacher from Rochester, MN. Each session is a unique exploration of what we adults can offer our children through the loving limits and practical skills to regulate our own body- mind system. The example and shared regulation we offer our kids is the single greatest gift we have for them. As a veteran public high school teacher, Andy’s perspective and insights are sometimes different than some early childhood trainings. Humor and a light-hearted approach help guide us to more skillful interactions and self-care.
