 Whether you are a veteran child care director or owner, or new to the business, a solid business plan, reviewed and updated on a regular basis will help you be the most successful you can. Your business, serving the needs of working parents and their children, is a crucial to the health of a community and the optimal development of a child, and done well, will set that child on a path to be successful in school and life. In partnership with other community organizations, Think Small will be there to help guide you in knowing your market and finding those families, developing a high-quality professional staff, and connecting you to community resources that will help ensure your viability even in a tough economic climate.

The Early Childhood Directors Group:  Open to all center directors and assistant directors.  We meet the second Thursday of the month  -  10:00 am – noon  Think Small -  2021 Hennepin Ave. E., Suite 250, Mpls, 55413
