Why We're Here
Art, joy, ritual, community--we are joining together to promote the pursuit of happiness where we live. We hope that what we're doing will inspire you to do the same in your neighborhood.

The Process
We started with a vague desire to work together. We started meeting. Meetings went in circles. We hope that sharing our model will save you the frustration of having to reinvent the wheel.

The Steps
Meet. Face to face. Share food. Gather in a room. You won't figure it out all at once, but the process is satisfying.

The Theory
We are all pebbles tossed in a pond. Our individual effect is small, but taken together we really shake things up.

February 12, 2002
was declared Arts Day by Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels:

It might just be lip service, but the words make sense.
